Welcome to Fouffy Dog Routing. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Fouffy Dog Routing website and application during the beta period. By using the website or application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Beta Service

Fouffy Dog Routing is currently in beta. Features, limits, pricing, route calculations, import behavior, and availability may change as the product is tested and improved.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer, appointment, address, route, and business data you enter or import. You are also responsible for reviewing routes and using safe driving judgment. Fouffy Dog Routing is a planning tool and is not a substitute for driver awareness, road rules, or navigation warnings.

4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Access may be limited, suspended, or removed if the service is misused or if beta access ends.

5. Third Party Services

Fouffy Dog Routing uses third party services such as mapping, address validation, authentication, hosting, and email delivery providers. Your use of those features may be affected by the availability, terms, limits, and behavior of those providers.

6. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fouffy Dog Routing is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that route results will always be complete, optimal, or available.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brain Dance Designs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, missed appointments, or routing decisions made while using the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, the Last Updated date will be changed. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
